Products

  • All Bumbazi bags are handmade, and slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the unique character of our products.

  • We make every effort to display product details and colours accurately. However, variations may occur depending on your device settings.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices will be shown in your local currency based on your location. Taxes, including VAT, are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • Full payment is required before your order is shipped.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days of purchase.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control.

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

  • Exchanges and store credit are available upon request (store credit valid for 25 days).

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at emily@bumbazi.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
