Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Bumbazi bag. If for any reason it isn’t for you, you must register your return within 14 days of placing your order, provided it meets the conditions below:

Condition
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and marketable condition with all tags and in its original packaging.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on personalised items or items without tags or that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement. 

 


 

Refunds & Costs
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return being processed.

  • A £10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return shipping is free if there are any faults with your  item.

 


 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your bag for another style or for store credit, please let us know when registering your return.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital voucher, valid for 28 days from the date of issue.

 


 

How to Return or Exchange
  1. Email us at emily@bumbazi.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

  3. Attach the label securely and drop your package at the designated carrier.

  4. Once received, your bag will be carefully checked for condition and eligibility. Your refund, exchange, or store credit will then be processed.

 


 

International Returns

International returns may cost more and take longer due to shipping times. We allow more than 20 days for these returns. Please contact us at emily@bumbazi.com to arrange the best solution for you.
